TS/MS Technology Associate (m/w/d)

for their contract manufacturing sector we are currently looking for a
TS/MS Technology Associate (m/w/d)

The position on offer can be either filled in Basel, Switzerland (office presence 2 days a week/ German cross-border commuters 1 day/week home office), in France (100% home office possible) or in UK (preferably in the Liverpool region).

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop deep technical understanding of the manufacturing process(es)
  • Establish a strong business relationship with key contacts at CM organization(s)
  • Take ownership for key TS/MS documents, including the process flow document, Internal Alert Limit Assessments, Distribution Temperature Profiles etc.
  • Use data and process knowledge to identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities. 
  • Participate in annual product review (APR) process
  • Update key documents by using data and process knowledge to identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities
  • Liaise with key personnel at the CM, and internal functions
  • Provide technical oversight and leadership, as required
  • Ensure appropriate governance is in place for technical changes, through use of the current change management processes.
  • Participate in regular site visits to the CM and in joint process team meetings 
Your profile:
  • Completed studies in biology, chemistry, veterinary medicine or comparable
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Knowledge in contract manufacturing processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Assertiveness, resilience and stress resistance
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes
  • Very high level of safety and hygiene awareness
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German and/or French an advantage
