Our customer is a company that has been in the project business in the field of industrial automation with a focus on Linux/Open Source since 1996. With their passion for Linux, they accompany exciting and innovative projects for well-known customers in the industrial environment every day and have been doing so for over 20 years with currently 25 employees.
To strengthen the team at the company either at their headquarter in Uhldingen (Lake Constance, Friedrichshafen) or from the home office we are currently looking for a
 
(Senior) Software Developer for OPC UA Pub/Sub (m/f/d)
 
 
Your responsibilities:
 

• Further development of the Open Source Stack OPC62541 together with the team
• Focus on working with technologies like TSN and OPC UA Pub/Sub
• Main contact for customers during initial discussions, requirements analysis, implementation and development or testing
• Cooperation with strategic and global partners in exciting development projects on OPC UA and TSN
• The client is open for Non-German speaking candidates with a valid work permit in EU/Germany

 
 
Your profile:
 

• University degree in the field of automation, control engineering, computer science or similar
• Know-how of industrial communication technology, especially with the common communication standards (OPC UA, (realtime-) Ethernet, CAN)
• Experience with modelling OPC UA
• Background in Linux and/or PLC programming (IEC61131-3)
• Powerful communication skills, initiative and a structured way of working
