Principal Product Manager Media Measurement (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a team of product managers with dedicated responsibility for TV, radio, digital and cross media measurement solutions
  • Be close to global and local media industry clients incl. joint industry committees, broadcasters, publishers and agencies
  • Formulate & present strategy for your product area
  • Drive the product roadmap across various tech-driven measurement solutions
  • Apply the OKR framework, track results, suggest and mange counter measures if key results are on risk to be failed
  • Tight interaction/ steering of stakeholders across different disciplines like tech, commercial, operations, science and external vendors
  • Convert different stakeholder requirements into tangible product improvements
  • Explore competitor activities and oversea market trends and user research
Your profile: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a joint industry association, a media measurement company, a media or an ad tech company
  • Work experience in a Product Management position or related functions for at least 3 years
  • Experience in cross media user-centric measurement, its challenges and innovative design of broader data integration (RPD or OTT sources)
  • Able to develop product area strategy, set clear objectives and deliver on quarterly key results
  • Broad and deep understanding of user research, design thinking, MVP concept and BPM
  • Excellent presentation, influencing and consultancy skills
  • Experienced user of Confluence/JIRA, Aha!, Tableau, Office365, Media planning/ optimisation and Business intelligence tools
  • Absolutely fluent English
