Demonstration and Application Specialist (m/f/d) – Print Solutions



Your Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for all demo related activities for the digital printing & packaging department
• Focal point for Sales and other connected departments for all demo and related activities on this product family
• Mainly working at the Total Print Solution (TPS) demo center in Ratingen, with occasional travelling (around 25%) in Germany and EMEA
• Responsible for mapping customer’s needs and translating them into the correct output of samples, benchmarks and demo’s

• Focal point for TPS showroom, for the Graphics department, in front of Sales Team and other colleagues to coordinate ongoing activities such as demos/samples planning, machine’s installation and interactions with other department involved such as Medical, Business Innovation and Photo Imaging
• Support of exhibitions
• Provide Sales Training as well as providing and developing training courses for operators in EMEA

Your Profile:
 

• 3-5 years of experience in printing technology and printer applications
• Specific knowledge of print application and PDF workflows
• Experience in color management software packages and graphic design software
• Engineering know-how of printing principles and systems
• Proficient use of MS 365 and service package applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
