Our client is a leading logistic services provider in the FMCG sector, for whom we are currently looking for a Home-Office based
 



Commercial Manager (m/f/d)


who will manage and extend the business in Austria and Switzerland and acting as a single point of contact for customers in the region.
 

Your responsibilities:
 
  • Expand the existing relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Look for opportunities growing the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate international business opportunities by keeping an eye on business best practices, trends, and principals together with the key account department
  • Manage bids and tenders on new projects and negotiate contract terms
  • Communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
  • Manage daily company operations
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve issues with contracts, the commercial operations and problems faced by customers 
 

Your profile: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent working experience
  • Good understanding of logistic operations as well as supply chain- and load carrier management
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and buying process of FMCG/Retailers
  • Confident personality with strong communication skills
  • Experience in sales providing solutions, based on customer needs
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
  • Proficient in English and German. French language skills would be an advantage
