Senior Account Manager – Digital (m/f/d)
As Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) you are a trusted owner of client relationships and projects for key accounts in the field of Enterprise Technology solutions. Your focus will be on developing long-term proactive customer relationships that drive the client businesses forward.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Serve as lead point of contact for customer account management matters
  • Independently manage client relationship and projects
  • Identify opportunities and build solution-oriented proposals to grow the business
  • Act as trusted advisor and liaison to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns from strategic inception to execution (end to end)
  • Consult on strategic lead demand generation programs as well as account based marketing strategies
  • Manage forecast and success metrics to meet business targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the right solution for the client needs
Your profile:
  • Business or economics degree with focus on marketing
  • Previous related work experience in a digital agency or organisational marketing campaign management experience preferred
  • Proven record in leading digital/social campaigns and projects across several disciplines and workstreams
  • Experience with B2B clients and/or corporate client management
  • Strong leadership and account and project management skills
  • Strong digital and social skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
  • Written and spoken English and German language skills
