The German office is based in Munich and employs about 70 employees and is part of an international agency network with more than 1,000 employees. Clients of the company are world-known brands in Automotive, Medical Devices, IT and Consumer Electronics and the agency has won numerous awards for great creative work.  (Senior) Planner Digital Activation (m/f/d)
The (Senior) Planner Digital Activation (m/f/d) will report to the Head of Planning to support the activation of major strategic initiatives for the clients.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Define communication principles and strategies, end-to-end journeys and communication plans for B2C and B2B audiences with multi-stakeholder buying centers
  • Deliver digital activation excellence across all digital touchpoints (SEO, digital, social, eCRM, tools & apps) including detailed content plans based on content solutions through agreed KPI’s
  • Place consumer, business and industry insights at the heart of your work to influence strategy and omni-channel experience (keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry relevant trends)
  • Identify online drivers and monitor digital performance (trends, insights, and experimentation)
  • Lead a test and learn approach, ensuring measurement with identified KPIs, and effectively prepare clear optimization  messages for clients
  • Think creative with a track record in providing solutions to business problems
  • Collaborate closely with internal team (Creative Team, Account Management, Technical)
  • Keep on top of digital content formats and provide strategic guidance to creative teams
Your profile:
  • Degree in marketing, communication or business management
  • 4 years of professional experience working in a digitally focused marketing role with direct experience of campaign content planning and results driven digital activation/ implementation experience
  • A history of developing content planning strategies
  • Digital-first thinking, with experience working in CMS and mobile
  • Experience in social platforms & campaigns including community management, CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation and AB testing
  • Experience in planning high quality, on-brand content for social & e-business platforms
  • Hands-on mentality with independent working style, service and customer orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with new platforms and technologies
  • Excellent communication presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, German in addition is a plus
