Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) Digital Marketing
As Senior Account Manager you are a trusted owner of client relationships and projects for key accounts in the field of Healthcare. Your focus will be on developing long-term proactive customer relationships that drive the client businesses forward.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Serve as lead point of contact for customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Independently manage client relationship and projects
  • Identify opportunities and build solution-oriented proposals to grow the business
  • Act as trusted advisor and liaison to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Provide consulting support to address client needs
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns from strategic inception to execution (end to end)
  • Understand industry context, products and client needs to ensure successful definition and delivery of solutions
  • Translate client need into actionable briefs for internal team members
  • Clearly communicate needs, status and progress to internal and client stakeholders
  • Manage forecast and success metrics to meet business targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the right solution for the client needs
  • Handle client requests and escalations
Your profile:
  • Business or economics degree with focus on marketing
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience
  • Proven record in leading digital/social campaigns and projects across several disciplines and workstreams
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines while overseeing and ensuring that the entire team understands their individual and collective responsibilities
  • Proven ability to work across departments, exploring alternatives and challenging the status quo where needed
  • Excellent communication skills (email and verbally)
  • Strong digital and social skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel global marketing campaigns
  • Experience with B2B clients and/or corporate client management
  • Digital agency or organizational marketing campaign management experience preferred
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (e.g. PPT, Excel), html skills are desirable
  • Healthcare experience as a plus
  • English language skills at mother tongue level
