Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice on data protection to the company's relevant departments
- Responsible for conducting data security risk assessments in connected vehicle and other scenarios
- Proposing security solutions
- Develop, review, update and maintain company's compliance documents
- Conduct audits on the implementation of documents
- Serve as the point of contact for communication with external data protection authorities
- Monitor the legislative and enforcement trends of data-related laws in the EU
- Conduct in-depth interpretation and analysis, and promptly adjust the company's data compliance strategies
Your profile:
- Degree in law, information security, computer science or related fields
- CIPP/E certification is preferred
- Work experience in data compliance, data security, and privacy protection
- Capable of independently writing compliance reports, compliance manuals, designing compliance processes, etc.
- Practical experience in DPIA
- Solid knowledge of EU data protection regulations and practices
- Strong language proficiency in English
- Experience in the automotive and other intelligent manufacturing fields are desirable
