Our customer is an international Media Services Company founded in 2004 to partner with global media and e-commerce companies in the digitization, restoration, and discoverability of their visual analog libraries and have become a global leader in the fast-moving world of visual content and storytelling. The company employs ca. 600 people and their clients are some of the best-known media and e-Commerce companies.
To further develop the footprint in the German/European market, we are currently looking for a home-office based  

Director Sales (m/f/d) CGI/3-D Rendering


Your responsibilities:
 
  • Further development and implementation of the sales strategy to ensure growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Building strong customer relationships, developing an understanding of client needs, and creating tailored solutions that meet those needs
  • Monitoring of sales performance, analysis of sales data, and preparation of sales forecasts and market reports
  • Staying informed about the latest market developments in the industry as well as the regulatory framework
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional client solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demands, and competitive landscape within the CGI and eCommerce industries.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build professional relationships.
  • Leverage networking opportunities to gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities, extending beyond the CGI and eCommerce verticals.


Your profile:
 
  • Significant connections within eCommerce CGI and creative post production domains
  • Longterm job experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong sales track record
  • Proven strategic skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on results and customer orientation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
