Director Sales Controlling (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
  • Run the monthly sales forecast process, interpretation of sales numbers and triggering of counter measures
  • Setup and run transparent, best-in-class and customer focused holistic early warning system embedded in sales government system and develop sales/KPI dashboard
  • Provide holistic sales performance view and advise on risk mitigation actions; create transparency on deal sales & progress/success
  • Provide financial advice to business deals, contracts and business terms and recommend changes/approval
  • Create input to establishing a pricing strategy and drive implementation and maintenance
  • Establish collaboration network with legal and accounting/controlling functions as well as Regional Sales/Finance teams
  • Oversee the Customer Admin Team maintaining client master data
  • Controlling of selling costs within COS P&L and measuring of salesforce productivity

Your Profile:
  • Business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years in sales controlling environment
  • Project management skills and business acumen
  • Experience working in international environment and in virtual teams
  • Confidence managing international stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • Very fluent in English (verbal and written)
