Global Key Account Manager – Panel Market Research (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities:
  • Support and pro-actively enable sales activities for major global customers in the FMCG area
  • Participate in the strategic sales planning process and create annual global sales plans
  • Cascades key company sales goals and objectives to the team and monitors achieving key targets
  • Own reporting to track all key sales metrics and pipeline management
  • Drive performance of client community and leveraging key performance indicators and Salesforce
  • Work with the client community, cluster lead to clearly identify additional business opportunities and merge them into the sales plan and track progress
  • Build senior client contacts and expand new budgets within the clients’ organisations
  • Participate in face-to-face client meetings to ensure sales pitches and sales process
  • Maintain granular understanding of customer’s requirements, trends, risks, opportunities and satisfaction
  • Manage and lead client community
  • Track targets for the team and hold regular individual feedback sessions to track progress

Your profile:
  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or any related field
  • Several years of work experience in commercial management
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with financial data
  • Experience in leadership roles, preferred in an international context
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales process, obstacles and opportunities
  • Experience in an international company, preferred FMCG
  • Experience in panel-based research
  • Strong selling skills required to identify and close opportunities
  • Strong understanding of client business issues of various functions at the client and how to support clients
  • Absolutely fluent English, German an added advantage
